Maintenance and repair of electric motors
1. The use environment should always be kept dry, the surface of the motor should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be obstructed by dust, fibers, etc.
2. When the motor's thermal protection and short-circuit protection continuously operate, it should be found out whether the fault is from the motor or overload or the setting value of the protection device is too low. Eliminate the fault before putting it into operation.
3. Ensure that the motor is well lubricated during operation. General motors run about 2000 hours, that is, grease should be replenished or replaced. It is not necessary to change the grease during the service life. When the bearing is found to be overheated or the grease has deteriorated during operation, the grease should be replaced in time. When replacing the grease, the old grease should be used, and the oil grooves of the bearing and bearing cover should be cleaned with gasoline, and then the ZL-3 lithium-based grease should be filled in 1/2 to 2 poles or 2/3 to 4 of the inner and outer volume of the bearing. 6, 8 poles.
4. When the life of the bearing is over, the vibration and noise during the operation of the motor will increase significantly. Check the radial clearance of the bearing and replace the bearing.
5. When disassembling the motor, the rotor can be taken out from the shaft extension or non-shaft extension. If it is not necessary to remove the fan, it is more convenient to take out the rotor from the non-shaft extension; when pulling out the rotor from the stator, prevent damage to the stator windings or insulation.
6. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
7. When the motor is stopped for a long time and used again, the insulation resistance should be measured.
